The Process is Simple:
- Please review the API Documentation, as well as the information about the program, to determine if this is right for you.
- If you decide to join, please fill out the online application.
- After your online application is received, Lenel will set up an integration design meeting with you to discuss the integration of your product.
- Lenel will then transmit to you the OAAP Agreement, which sets out specific terms and conditions of the Program, and describes the process of certification.
- Have an authorized officer execute two (2) copies of the Program Agreement. Submit both copies of the Agreement, along with the $3,500 enrollment fee.
- You will then receive the OnGuard SDK and a user account to log into the OAAP secure site. Develop and internally test your interface.
- Apply for certification by sending Lenel your interface and all the materials required to complete testing.
- Once your interface passes testing, your interface will be officially certified.
- Lenel will then issue an official certification letter stating the specific versions of your product and OnGuard for which the interface is authorized, and this information will be posted on our OAAP Members page. You will then have the right to convey to the marketplace the existence of this certified interface.
- In order to certify interfaces for future versions, of either your product or OnGuard, simply follow steps 6 through 8 in regard to such new version (you may need to request an updated OnGuard SDK from Lenel).
