Global Facilities Management System (GFMS)
GFMS provides real time reporting, management, and remote access to Key Systems, Inc electronic storage and monitoring devices.
The integration provides two way data sharing between the OnGuard system and GFMS:
- Get information about cardholders, visitors and badges recorders in OnGuard
- Send events to OnGuard regarding transactions in the key management system
OnGuard’s required license bit: DataConduIT - Maximum Number of DataConduIT Clients (SWG-1140)
Key Systems GFMS v1.5 is certified with OnGuard 6.4.500 and 6.3.249.
