Vision 3Di™ (3D integration Module) provides the capability to easily add 3D facial biometrics to OnGuard . This is accomplished with a custom interface using OnGuard OpenIT, which automatically synchronizes personnel enrollment data including name and badge ID so there is no administrative duplication to keep the systems up to date. If a new user is added or deleted in OnGuard, the changes are synchronized with 3Di. Once a new record is available in 3Di, a simple 3D facial enrollment is all that is needed to get the user started. 3Di verification readers connect via Wiegand to the Lenel Reader Interface Modules.

PIVCheck Plus™
A software solution that provides strong, three-factor authentication, managing the acquisition of cardholder data from a smart card and performing on-card biometric matching. Digital certificates are verified using the issuer's validation authoritiy, OCSP responder or repeater. All cards are validated using FIPS-201 challenge-response in order to identify forged or cloned cards. PIVCheck validates all PIV, TWIC, NG CAC, and FRAC cards. TWIC card FASC-Ns are also verified against a live or cached TSA Hot List. PIVCheck Plus performs seamless, automated registration into OnGuard. It does not require a third-party identity or credential management system. PIVCheck Plus comes in both Desktop and Mobile Editions. PIVCheck Plus Mobile Edition runs on the Datastrip DSV2+turbo mobile biometric terminal that can include Ethernet, WiFi, and/or GSM connectivity.

PIVCheck Certificate Manager™
A PC-based application that re-validates imported cardholder certificates on a periodic basis. Certificate Manager can be configured to suspend a PACS badge associated with a revoked certificate. Digital certificates are be verified using the issuer's validation authoritiy, local Windows certificate store (Windows XP SP3 or Vista), OCSP responder or repeater. TWIC card FASC-Ns are also verified against a live TSA HotList. Certificate Manager operates in either active or passive mode. Active mode suspends the PACS badge, while passive mode provides notification to site security management.

Product Description:
The ACMS (Automated Call Management Software) system, formerly known as the Presidium system, is a dedicated monitoring, programming, and testing system for the VPP and EMS lines of emergency communications equipment. All emergency calls are logged and recorded on the system showing location of the point of origin of the call. Other information recorded includes date and time of the recording. The ACMS also programs all VPP and EMS phones on the system and can run automated testing for all units.

Description of Product Integration with OnGuard:
VPP’s ACMS system provides emergency telecommunications monitoring that sends an alarm event to the OnGuard Alarm Monitoring program when activated. Activation occurs when an emergency communications device is activated, making an emergency call into the ACMS. The ACMS sends an alert to the Lenel OnGuard system with the location of the call. VPP recommends that the ACMS run on a dedicated workstation running Microsoft Windows (2000/XP).

Description of Product Integration with OnGuard:

Enterprise Air’s Mobile Badge Management (MBM) application provides Identity Verification (Mobile ID Verification) and Evacuation Management (Mobile Mustering) on portable handheld devices. Enterprise Air’s MBM solution integrates with OnGuard via LENEL’s OpenIT interface.

The Mobile ID Verification functionality retrieves cardholder and badge information from OnGuard and makes it available on a portable handheld device. Badges are scanned using readers on the handheld devices supporting HID Prox, MiFARE, iCLASS, Mag Stripe, and Bar Code. The application works using synchronization cradles without a wireless network or online in real-time with secure wireless networking. Key uses of the application are as follows:

  • Verify identify at checkpoints
  • Scan badges anywhere and record transaction information
  • Instantly setup temporary credentialing stations without adding wiring
  • Manage and record attendance at events

The Mobile Mustering system is a self-contained computerized system designed to manage evacuations in real-time. By providing accurate and up-to-date data, it can direct rescue attempts and allow injured persons to receive aid more quickly. The Mobile Mustering kit contains a rugged laptop, PDAs and software to check in occupants and view incident reports. Mobile Mustering interfaces to OnGuard and keeps track of all card scans in order to provide an accurate picture of who was in a facility at the onset of an emergency. The system is fully fault tolerant and is designed to function independently from the OnGuard system when the connection is broken and no longer available. Mustering provides the following key benefits:

  • Track mustering check in activity at assembly points
  • Report on missing persons and last known locations in real time
  • Provide information related to continuity of operations and chain of command
  • Optionally track triage data
  • Provide third party emergency lines with lists of safely evacuated persons

BIO*GATE 2.2 for OnGuard represents true integration of logical (IT) biometrics with OnGuard.
